Our Signature process
Step 01
DISCOVERY
Fill out the application form with a little more details of your project and goals of a new brand or website redesign. We’ll invite you to book a Discovery call with Helena, to discuss the project goals and make sure we are a good fit to work together. From there you’ll be presented a project timeline, contract and be onboarded to our Project portal.
Step 02
DESIGN
You’ll hand in your client pre-project homework 5 days prior to the project start where we absorb it, research and put together an initial strategy which is presented at our strategy call. From there, we’ll jump into designing, making any necessary edits to refine the designs to your needs and goals. We have regular checkins and are in communication throughout the project.
Step 03
DELIVER
Once the final design has been approved, we wrap all files up in a neat and organized folder while preparing your new brand or website for a succesful launch. At the launch call we’ll hit publish together and give your a thorough training on how to use your new brand elements and/or website to set up up for longterm success. Our support stretches 3 months post launch.
