The Brand Builder Experience
ONBOARDING
You sign the contract and pay the 50% Deposit to secure your spot in my calendar. You’re then invited to your own project portal on Notion where we’ll stay in contact during our project.
CLIENT PREP
Inside your project board you’ll find a (small) list of prep-work that must be completed before the project start date. You’ll also get to book a time that works for your timezone for our strategy kick off call on the project start date.
STRATEGY CALL
On the start date of our project we’ll jump on a 1 hour strategy zoom call where I’ll present the initial strategy for the design based of your prep-work and I’ll ask additional questions if needed.
BRAND FOUNDATIONS
I’ll jump straight into designing and have the moodboard, color palette & font selection ready for you within 24 hours of our strategy call. You have 1 round of revision for each page and feedback is required to be provided within 48 hours to keep the timeline.
LOGO SUITE
Designing of the logo suite begins and will be presented to you midway through our project week. You have 1 round of revision for each logo type and feedback is required to be provided within 48 hours to keep the timeline.
BRAND LAUNCH
After the Branding is approved we implement the new branding by creating the collateral materials and create your brand style guide. We’ll jump on the Launch call. You'll receive all working files in a well organized folder and together i’ll walk you through how to utelize them moving forward during our Launch call so you'll be equipped for long-term success.

Your additional costs will include a Squarespace subscription as well as your yearly domain cost.
