The Website Stylist Experience
ONBOARDING
You sign the contract and pay the 50% Deposit to secure your spot in my calendar. You’re then invited to your own project portal on Notion where we’ll stay in contact during our project.
CLIENT PREP
Inside your project board you’ll find a (small) list of prep-work that must be completed before the project start date. You’ll also get to book a time that works for your timezone for our strategy kick off call on the project start date.
STRATEGY CALL
On the start date of our project we’ll jump on a 1 hour strategy zoom call where I’ll present the initial strategy for the design based of your prep-work and I’ll ask additional questions if needed.
DESIGN START
I’ll jump straight into designing and have the first pages ready for you within 48 hours of our strategy call. You have 1 round of revision for each page and feedback is required to be provided within 48 hours to keep the timeline.
FINAL TOUCHES
After the design is approved we work on your SEO Title & Descriptions, do quality testing, troubleshooting, and mobile optimize the entire site so it looks good from all devices
SITE LAUNCH
We’ll jump on the Launch call for a website training session. You'll receive all working files in a well organized folder during our training session so you'll be equipped for long-term success. You have direct access to me and our team for 3 month post launch.

Your additional costs will include a Squarespace subscription as well as your yearly domain cost.

We offer a payment plan broken down into 2 payments:
A deposit, and a final payment.The deposit is used to save your spot in our calendar, and the final payment is due on the final day of our project, before all files & website ownership is handed over.
